Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item bought at unnati within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt.

You will not have to provide any explanation. Any item purchased at unnati, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition and with its corresponding labels, will be accepted without further ado.

How do I do to return an article?

To proceed to the return, you must send an e-mail to unnati@unnatimoda.com with the reference of your order and your contact information. We will get in touch with you to coordinate the collection.

Do I have to pay something for my return?

Returns are free, provided they are caused by reasons attributable to the item (defective item or error in the order).

Otherwise, the return costs correspond to € 7.95 for Spain and Portugal.

When will I receive the refund amount?

After approving the return (the articles must be in perfect condition and have the internal and external labels) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid in your account in a few days, at most Within a period of 14 days.

You will receive the same amount in which you made your purchase.
